Saw a guy crying today at the gym, he worked out realyl hard, was all pumped and shit but after he finished ohp. Then he just broke down and was trying to make it seem like he saw wiping sweat away but it was pretty obvious. He turned around and he saw me, I feign a smile but kinda started tearing up too. He wiped his face with a towel and hit the locker rooms.

Just overall a very emotional workout for both of us. Hope i don't ever break down like he did but like I go really hard on myself and sometimes emotions come out. U guys have any sad stories from the gym.
