I've been depressed my whole life and ever since I started lifting I got addicted to it because it makes me feel sane. I hate rest days because I feel like shit when I don't lift.
Does lifting help your depression?
Lifting is the only thing I do for myself. I used to consider gaming fun and great but its more of a way to waste time after a day of work/school. Tfw putting a heavier weight on the bar weekly, or getting that new measurement I wanted makes me smile all day. I personally give very little shits of even how people perceive my gains since I'm slightly larger than the average normie. The inspiration of 'making it' and becoming an alpha is really the only thing that gets me out of bed.

There is a group in London who have nobely taken it upon themselves to start fat shaming people on the tube, it seems like i am the only one who thinks that this is well overdue and we need to start rounding up the fatties now and giving them subsidised gym memberships and strict dietary regimes.
Most people have taken to this article very badly, saying its making the fatties feel bad, and it is terrible...

I think people should be shamed more. We've grown into a disgusting vulgar society. Not just with a vast majority being fat (though perhaps it's a symptom), but what we view, reality tv and how we talk to each other now, feminism.

According to my calculations he should be able to break the 500kg deadlift barrier when he'd weigh about 185kg-200kg while using a belt and straps. He did 426kg@140kg. Would this estimation make sense? Would there some sort of natural strenght limit for us humans? Or is a 600+kg deadlift possible?

I don't think anyone will ever be able to deadlift 500 kilos. Although Konstantinovs is inhumanly strong, there are some more powerful than him. The current record is 463 kilos by Eddie Hall (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5-mfOXF0i0), and there's a long to 500kg from that.
