Has anyone here done an Ironman? I'm thinking about it. I can run a marathon in under 3 hours and swim for days but I've never done anything related to biking.

Very, very few people are capable of doing a full ironman. Even most people who train for distance cardio aren't going to be up for it.
Asking a random selection of people whether they've done an ironman is about as likely to get a positive response as asking random people whether they can bench 500.

so one of my favorite broscientists, jefe "the boss" cavaliere was talking about building pecs, and he mentioned something about two innervations in the pec allowing you to target the memeical "inner chest"
now my first reaction was to disregard this as he is a notorious broscientist... but..
a cursory google does seem to lend credence to the possibility the lateral nerve could target the "inner chest"
is there a chance this is (at least partially) true?
i don't know enough about physiology or the function of innervations...
