So I was working out doing incline db curls. A qt3.14 comes to the left and starts doing curls next to me while I'm curling. After I'm done I go do some preacher curls (the preacher curl is right behind her). She takes the bench I was using and starts doing incline db curls. All this in front of a big ass mirror as I'm trying not to make eye contact. Coincidence or mire?

I'm looking to start focusing on my legs and butt, are these good places to start? Are there any exercises not in these routines that you feel would be beneficial?

Has anyone ever overloaded caffeine and then went to the gym? I just had the worst experience at the gym today with that.
I usually drink coffee only when I'm not using pre workout, but this morning I had two big cups. Before I left the house I absentmindedly took a couple scoops of my brother's pre workout and after drinking it, I then realized what I've done.
I started having bad stomach cramps. Then I felt like I was in some weird state of confusion and lightheadedness when I lifted. I also started having this feverish feel. My body felt weak...

Newbie here, I went from eating fucking everything daily to just Rice, Chicken, and Protein Shakes. My TDEE is 2300 and i'm eating about 1700. I'm doing a 6 day a week bro split with a bit of biking at the start as well.
I'm a 210 lb fat fuck now, but I've been keeping this up for the past 4 days, which is a fucking streak for me.
Am I doing everything right? I'm looking to reach about 150 lbs. Will I be great looking by the end of 2016?
