Whats your routine?
I work out everyday doing 100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats, and try to save money to spend on my mind instead while running 10 km a day.

So I started the saitama workout this year.
Aside from being really sore all over I now have an issue which will prevent me from doing the running.
Pain roughly along the marked area of my feet when I walk.
Started after/during the 10k on the 2nd pain was gone the next day so i did the 10k on the 3rd after that one I could barely walk on the right foot an slight pain on the left.
it has gotten a lot better since then, but I know I won't be able to run the 10k today with this pain.
Looked it up and might be a fracture might just be an overload...

How do i do more chinups, /fit/?
I can do chinups, i just can't do very many at all--even if i use the assisted chinup machine and put really heavy weight on it so that my first rep is pathetically easy, i still somehow fail around 7 or 8. It's like i completely lack stamina in my lats or something. How do i fix this? Low-weight high-rep lat pulldowns as an accessory?

hi friends! i'm hoping for a new life eventually. i'm 20s mtf starting moving and things after years of sedentary living and other unhealthy things like drugs. so far i have a pretty decent yoga practice going, though i realize it's only a start. hoping it fixes my posture, along with the other things like resistance training class i wrote about a couple weeks ago. 30 mins of yoga daily gets me to my daily exercise goal with apple watch but i kinda hope to do more as i get more into it. and i noticed when playing with my little 20lbs weights that apple watch doesn't...

also, i've had two bankart repair surgeries that were followed by my refusal to attend physical therapy. one of the biggest mistakes of my life, but now i'm wondering how it might affect me when it comes to weight training. anyone with experience in this?

Probably not dropping your hips to remove slack in the bar and begin the movement. That being said high hips with flat back is acceptable, it's all about what fits your measurements.
Concisely, use your legs more.
