I've got acne all over my shoulders, back and ass. How do I get rid of this shit?

To deal with the symptoms while working that out, you'll want to shower every day (making sure to exfoliate it well). You want to reduce the inflammation as well as disinfect the skin to prevent it from spreading. The content of those advil liquid gel caps works well for that. Otherwise you could use an aloe vera hand sanitizer on the affected area now and again (Be careful not to dry out the skin).

No, it's just that media and porn with screaming women make virgins believe it's the best thing ever period, when in reality it's just an urge people satisfy in 10 minutes tops at the end of the day. That said, it can be really great with someone who really knows you and you have an emotional connection with.

Why would this not be a good idea for a cut?

Just buy a bunch of those jumbo sized pre-washed organic spinach leaves in bulk, throw some of them in a high powered blender, maybe add some zero cal sweetener, ginger, and lemon for taste. Repeat.

Great macros (195g of protein), tons of micros, plenty of fiber to keep you full. Nearly unlimited delicious spinach shakes.

So /fit/, I am too cheap and lazy to go to the gym so I have been doing bodyweight exercises at my dorm. I want advice on what I can do if I am missing some muscle groups, and also just other things I can do with the routine.
Currently my routine is this:
Monday-Thursday
45 Knuckle Push Ups
45 Crunches
45 Bicycle Crunches
45 Squats
45 Calve Raises
Holding a Squat for 45 seconds
Holding a Calve Raise for 45 seconds
45 Tricep Dips
Every few weeks I add 5 reps to each. All are done in one set. I am also thinking of getting resistance bands and adding bicep exercises to the mix. The work out is pretty succesful so far, I am the strongest I have ever been including when I was lifting in the gym.

Need some sort of pulling. Pullups/chinups or horizontal pullups under a table. Could also do pike pushups or handstand pushups against a wall. Also I recommend trying out pistol squats.

Hey, I wrote this program for NEW LIFTERS, this program was all my idea and I designed it myself. Do not steal

Session 1:
3x5 Squats
3x5 Bench press / Overhead press alt.
5x3 Power cleans / 1x5 Deadlift alt.
3xFailure Chin-ups (If you manage 15 in all 3 sets then start doing them weighed)

Session 2:
3x5 Squats
3x5 Overhead press / Bench press alt.
1x5 Deadlifts / 5x3 Power cleans alt

Session 3:
3x5 Squats
3x5 Bench press / Overhead press alt.
5x3 Power cleans / 1x5 Deadlift alt.
3xFailure Pull-ups (If you manage 15 in all 3 sets then start doing them weighed)

Progression:
Add any weight you can manage every session, whever that be 10lbs, 5lbs, 2.5lbs or 1.25lbs.
This number will decrease the stronger you get.

If you stall 3 sessions in a row then Deload by %10 and work your way back up, it will take 2 weeks to return to your stalled weight and you should pass it this time.

Assistance:
If you must fuck with the program just ad dips after deadlifts and be done with it. A novice lifter doesn't need much else, as you become an intermediate lifter than you can experiment and specialise.
