Why not just eat less and lift heavy, you pussy?

How important is working a lot on your triceps? And by that I mean continue working on them but not focusing on them as much as other muscles.

Why do I always feel like I'm doing triceps wrong? Like I'm sure I have proper form, but they never feel sore or anything. I tried increasing weight, but it feels impossible. Like it either feels too easy or too hard, there's no in between even between the slightest different increments of weight.

The only exercise that feels good is tricep pulldowns.

How can I look /fit/ but not get "too big." I want to still be able to wear slim fit clothes and stuff like that, but I want to be strong and look like I lift to other people without taking my shirt off.

Am I asking for too much?

And yea, I've read the sticky. I've lifted off and on for the last six months. I still kinda look DYEL at this point though.

I've created a post a week a go anoucing that I hated being fat and that I was going to change my life style. Since that I stoped eating junk food, drinking soda and started doing 1:30 hours of cardio in the morning and 1 hour of weight lifting at the afternoon. Already lost 7Kg (Started with 140.6 Kg, now Im 133.2 Kg.
Losing this much per week can be bad for my health? Sorry for the shitty english btw.

Should I lose weight or start lifting?
I used to weight 110, got to 85 and now I'm at 90. I'm 6'1, so it's kinda okay, but I never got rid of my fupa and man boobs. I was planning on losing another 10 or 15kgs before going to the gym, but, is it necessary? If I start lifting with a good diet, maybe taking 2500calories every day, would that help me to get rid my man boobs and all of that? Like since last week I'm now eating like between 1000 and 1500 and probably losing 300 with riding the bike every day, but idk. What would you recommend?
