Daily reminder: Continuing to drink sweet drinks, regardless of being sweetened with chemical crap like aspartame or sucralose, won't help you lose weight, you'll ultimately go back to sugary crap because you aren't changing your eating habits.
Soda manufacturers are scared you're going to start drinking based plain WATER though, so they're paying for bullshit research to try to convince you that 'diet soda is healthier than water' if you're trying to lose your fat ass -- which of course is utter bullshit and lies.

I have some bad anxiety
When someone laughs in the street I always assume they're mocking me and I even flinch/lower neck/guard responses. Right now I'm in finals and I'm stressed out as fuck I haven't slept more than a couple hours a day for like a week. I'm worried cortisol will take my hair/gains/brain. How to lower cortisol/stress levels?

I put $50 in my savings account and walked to the bank.
i went to the gym, stayed within my cutting range and finished a book

Why did you start lifting?
I started for girls but I realized what it's really for. Myself.
Same
I started lifting to get a better body so the average person would be impressed, especially girls.
It started well and made nice progress until I reached a point where I simply couldn't improve because of my body morphology, my poor genes and my low T.
I also realised along the way that lifting didn't change my awkwardness and social phobia.
So I gave up as I will never reach the body I want and that it wouldn't change the situation I'm in anyway.

I have been wondering for the longest why is it that lets see you lift starting from 18-20 you always look small but a dude who is around 25-30 who lifted for less time than you look bigger is it because there is a second stage of purberty around the time?

no its mostly because older people are more serious about it and do their research, homework on everything
when you are 18,19,20 you follow bro science and what your friends doing in the gym and maybe dont even do it cause you are intrinsically motivated but just because you think its cool or whatever
older guys who tend to go from 0 usually have more income and are more serious about everything + have true motivation to make it

What was/is your time frame between where you were and where you wanted to be?
For me I've given myself a three year period to reach my goal. I've been at it for eight months and while I've lost a lot of weight and put on noticeable muscle, I still don't look anything near how I want to without a shirt on.
What's your timescale? What's your goal?
Well I haven't given myself a definitive time scale because I'm not looking to work out my entire body. My goal is to have a flat stomach and a butt/thighs that would make any other girl jealous.
Top left is where I was about 5 years ago before any exercise.
Top right is where I was about a year ago when I first started working towards my goal.
Bottom left was taken a few days ago.
Bottom right is the general shape (but bigger size) that I hope to be in a few months.
So I guess I would say that I'd like to have my change in under 2 years?

I don't usually care how my meat is cut but I just buy prepackaged seasoning, cook in the pan on low with the lid on (after searing them). Should take about half an hour of cooking total.
