Hey /fit/ is there any special way to get rid of this layer of fat ?
I did my fair share of sit ups (english bad), and I'm trying cut somehow, but this part persist to stay

I have a physical test in the 2nd week of March which includes a shuttle test (level 12=100%) and a obstacle course (farmer walk, carry a victim, hammer hits...). I am 5'8, 163lbs. I am ok with the shuttle test but I lack a bit of strength in the obstacle course.
I eat well (5-6x a day, 20g of protein each meal), sleep well and I do some crossfit, track and field, SS and a bit of swimming.
A friend of mine says that I should really focus on gaining mass and strength and really recommends me taking protein powder. I personally don't trust what they put...

I recently ordered a Polar loop 2 + h7 heart rate sensor because I have a hard time evaluating the calories I burn. I oftentimes go for cardio sessions of several hours and want my calorie intake to be on point.

I ask because I see people going "lol T-Rex" or "lol GOMAD" even though the book talks extensively about upper body accessories (curls, chins, incline bench, shrugs) and GOMAD is only recommended for Auschwitzmode DYELs. Never done SS myself, but I did do a beginner LP. Pic related.
