I drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day shortly after waking up in the morning only.
This is a perfectly, "normal" amount and fashion to drink coffee.
If I don't drink coffee every day, I'm fucking rekt. Can't focus, horrible headaches, feel tired the whole time, body feels sorer than usual, the works!

Are you sure about that, when's the last time you actually did?
I'm also at 3-4 cup range. Additionally I run EC stack during cuts.
After the EC cycles, I do get awful withdrawals too. So I break the caffeine habit by taking mild opiates, such as codeine or tramadol, until the caffeine withdrawals are gone (a week or so).
Nothing that can go wrong with that scenario, right?

Okay so the Army wants to pay civilians to eat nothing but MRE's for 3 weeks. I've heard they're pretty calorie dense, they're free AND you get paid to do it.... i'd like to partake in the study but you gotta meet with them 3 times a week, take blood piss and shit samples and I don't have time for that. I need your help, /fit/. I'm a 30yo manlet (5'5", 125 lbs) with chronic migraines. I've been dealing with migraines off and on since high school , but now they seem to be getting worse with age. I'm on a very restrictive diet (lots of foods are migraine triggers for me), but I can't find a good workout routine. I've heard that exercise helps with pain management, but my headaches are too severe to do a lot of running or lifting at this point.
Please help, I'm open to any suggestions: diet, exercise, supplements, etc. The pain isn't...
