I'll try to keep it short. I used to frequent 4chan a lot back in my youth. When I was 16-20 I spent a lot of time here, frequenting /fit/ and /tv/ a lot. I worked out sporadically and eventually got a not so skinny fat physique (semi-otter mode) and was content. Then I transferred to university, got cool new friends, got a girlfriend and started living the normie life, completely forgetting about /fit/, 4chan, and our lord and savior Zyzz.

It's a lot quieter (where I'm at), so it's great to get a bench rather than have to wait, or have other people waiting on you like it is during peak times.
I'd also say you need to be more motivated, especially if you have work beforehand.
I always expected to become tired out, but it actually made me feel far more energetic during the day.

Do anyone here eat this, I discovered this through some Sumo documentaries and cooked it myself. I think it's a really good way to healthily bulk up, especially when you pair it with a lot of rice.
It's super versatile you can use any soup base, chicken, beef, fish, miso etc. and you can pretty much add any meat or vegetables in it and it's always delicious.
Feels so good to eat this after a long workout.
