the daily recommended intake of potassium for an adult is 4700mg Is anyone here getting that from their diet?

It's basically impossible without supplementation. I drink glass of water with 1/2 teaspoon of LiteSalt twice per day (it's half sodium, half potassium), add pure sea salt to my food, and take a magnesium supp at night to keep me electrolytes optimum.

It might raise your cholesterol, but the consensus is that it's your ratio of LDL/HDL cholesterol that actually matters. The effect of dietary cholesterol on vascular health is controversial.
Regardless, I eat about 20-30 eggs a week with the yolks.

Your body metabolizes 7-8 more cholesterol daily than what a normal cholesterol consumption would do. You could eat 12 eggs a day and still be the normal cholesterol range.
Realistically speaking you should be drinking a dozen raw eggs a day & spackling your toilet with premium quality diarrhea.

I've been deadlifting pretty consistently for the last 6 months or so, 1-2 times each week.
I've had problems hurting my back a couple times before,diagnosed bulged disk. in the last six months I think I've triggered this issue 2 times. its basically like an on off switch to back pain that takes a couple days to a week to subside completely. Most recently I did this last week so its time I started videoing myself to fix the issue.

Depends on where you live and what is cheap. Chicken breast, Extra lean ground chicken and beef, and pork loin chops are usually cheap everywhere. Sometimes fish is cheap (especially when frozen). Eggs are dirt cheap and a bulking staple.

US, I try to keep it around 75/week. When I was actively trying it was over 100/week.

Intermittent fasting - meme diet or is there something to it? I've never experimented with it, though during my depressed spells I've gone over a day or two without eating.
There is not shortcut in this, m8.
I do it and it's effective. I don't really care about the supposed broscience gains, but it's much easier to stay under 2000 calories if you're only eating in an 8 hour span.
