What does /fit/ think about Phenibut? Do you use it?

Personally I use it for sleep quality if my biorhythm is out of hand and for recreational purposes.
It makes me super social and chill in public at around .5g-1g.

Need to be careful though, heard a lot of bad things about regular use, so I keep that to a minimum.

I've tried it several times, usually about 2g. Like 6+ hours after I dose I feel like I drank a beer or two and took like 1/4th of a point of mdma. Nothing that crazy, I pretty much freel friendlier and slightly more outgoing.

The problem with chicks is they can develop the same appetite as a fat guy, and because women are proportionately smaller than men, have far less muscle, and a substantially lower metabolism, they have a big problem when they have the same appetite.

Basically men have to cut at around 2000 calories for a decent deficit, women have to cut around at ~1300. They think it's harder because they are used to eating much more than they need. It's not actually harder, it's just different, since they physically need less food.

Im 110lbs, 6'0. College dropout, Neet, which is to be expected when you have the physique of a prepubescent girl during your formative years. About 30% of my calories come from fruits and vegetables. So roughly 1 kcal a day. The rest is grains, milk, meat, and whatever else I feel like earing that day.

Roughly a pound of greens per day. If you cook mustard greens ever so slightly (they're pretty fragile and don't require much heat or time), they add a horseradish kind of bite to my meals. Add in a few cloves of garlic and shit gets tasty.

Fit how much do you think this guy weighs? If he was 5'11?

I'm 5'11 and weigh 160LBS. Body fat is near 15%. How quickly can I achieve this mode? I've been working out for 4 months with decent gains.

Yes I'm on it right now due to an autoimmune disease. I don't feel like killing myself everyday from the pain or neuropathy. Although I would recommend you take aspirin, the lead greens and meat will thicken your blood. I had a TIA because of it.

Also is it normal to get muscle cramps when starting keto?
