Carbs are not the devil necessarily, you just have to vastly reduce the portions you eat and what type. I really try to avoid high glycemic stuff like white rice and pasta, I will eat pizza though. Most things are okay, it's just portion control, and with testing you learn how certain foods affect your body.

What is your experience with these MyProtons fuckers?
Are their protein things any good? They're prices are pretty low and that's what drew me to them, but aside from a college acquaintance (who buys it because of the price), I've heard nothing of the brand. Is it good for the money?

Only experience I have with them is some powered oats I got and a 5kilo bag of strawberry whey flavoured with stevia instead of sugar. It's was alright for the money but I got fucking sick of it after a while. Never tried any of the other flavours.

Supplement industry is shady as fuck so I only get powder from reputable companies.
I have only tried the chocolate flavor and it's alright. Definitely had better tasting protein powders but it is drinkable so I keep using it. I mix it with almond milk.

Tons of flavours too. Chocolate Brownie is hard to go wrong with, not that sweet and very easy to clean. (a few other flavours feels more synthetic and takes longer to clean)
I used to work in an abbatoir. Was very easy for me to cut because of all the literal cutting I was doing. In my new workplace, I'm constantly surrounded by food, junk food, and find it very difficult to cut.
