I can't take being a manlet anymore.
I'm 5' 6" and I'm simply not respected because of it. There's an extremely painful and long surgery that I'd have to undergo if I want to get taller. I would have to fly to Russia and stay there in almost constant agony. In the US the operation is $85,000 and they send you home to heal. In Russia it's $15,000 and they keep you in the hospital for the recovery. I don't have that money but I'm saving up incase I choose to go through with it. Should I do it?

Was hoping to get some critique on my routine and see what other people's routines are like so post em.

Monday:
Squats 3x5
Weighted chin ups 3x5
Power cleans 3x5
Wednesday:
Deadlift 3x5
Push press 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Friday:
Squat 3x5
Weighted pull ups 3x5
Power cleans 3x5
I play ice hockey so I'm trying to increase my general strength as well as explosive power
