Hey guys I'm overweight as you can tell I'm trying to lose weight like in my gut area what's some good tips or routines I can do to lose my belly I'm not trying to get buff just drop some weight and get to a manageable size and weight. About me I'm 5'4 Around 311 lbs also if you have website suggestions I'm all ears

Eat whole foods, eat less, no soda, no alcohol, no candy, no fast food, etc. Then, walk a lot. Like 3 miles a day or more. As much as your body can take.

So which vegetables are the best for you to eat. I hate vegetables, I don't want to eat any worthless ones - what are the top 5 best ones for the nutrition, etc.

Other than fork put downs, what is the best exercise plan to reduce body fat?
I'm in OK shape, but haven't been hitting the gym like I'm supposed to in quite a while. I want to get back into regular shape but don't really have a good plan to doing so.

I am a 5'5 129lb girl, 27 years old, walk daily. eat 1,200cal daily. I'm getting thinner, but all my fat seems to be residing in my hips and stomach . Do I continue cardio or at this point would i begin to see definition if I work my stomach muscles?

Hey fit what age and height were you when you stopped growing.
And to keep this fitness oriented did your height give you any impairments to lifting or did it help you out?
Ps.English is not my first language.
I hit 5'8 at age 14 and stayed that height until I was 20 and did a cycle of peptides, I then grew 2 inches in as many months. Had some nasty growing pains in my shins and upper arms, couldn't even workout it was that bad.
Stopped at 14-15 a couple inches below duke of manlets height.
Turbo gainer. Being a manlet is easy as long as you don't love food.

Can /fit/ tell me about the training/food regimine that ancient gladiators used? After they were sold into slavery the only had a few weeks to look like pic related. How is this possible before roids?
Most gladiators weren't slaves, most were free men taking their shot at glory. Many were farmers, they got their build from working the land and eating what they grew, be it crops or animals. They would then go to the heart of Rome near the coliseum and apply to be a gladiator. If he was accepted he would live in the gladiatorial barracks and basically train with his fellow fighters for months.

Is pronamel the best toothpaste? You can always whiten your teeth, but once the enamel is gone it's gone.
I tried some OTC teeth whitening system (some off brand shit tier) and it hurt pretty badly. Scared to try OTC again. Will just go pro at dentist.

/fit/ pls help me get my boyfriend into lifting.
Before I got my current job and moved by myself I used to workout with him and we would do cardio and lift. After that I couldn't go to his house that often so he stopped. I tried to get him to go to my gym but I don't want to force him into it either. Last weekend I tried to get him to workout at my gym. He went and spent the entire time on his phone while I lifted. I think he's been getting thicker too. Not as energetic as before ect.
