Do you guys think bent over rows or squats or other indirect core work is sufficient enough to build a great set of abs (after a cut) or do you think ab isolation exercises are nessicary for adequate ab development?
I think you should do the maximum, not the minimum, my man.
isolations, do NOT fall for the "compounds will work the abs enough" meme, take the extra 10-15 minutes every other workout to ensure you have what you want, compounds build CORE STRENGTH and NOT AB DEFINITION, major differences that will fuck your desired physique up if you choose to ignore them
What weighted ab exercises are the best and hit all of or the majority of your abs?

The amount of calories that your body burns while inactive is referred to as your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Since exercising makes you active, using your BMR to determine how many calories you need to consume daily is a bad idea.
Instead, you should use Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), which accounts for how much activity you perform daily.

You will never be 100% accurate when it comes to determining how many calories your burn daily, but TDEE is the most simple...

I'm 25/male and have absolutely zero sex drive. None. Nothing. No sexual urge whatsoever. Is there any major detriment to eating literally only chicken, broccoli, and brown rice? Plus some butter/oil for cooking and a multivitamin.

I can't be arsed to find the study, but supposedly people who ate a split of brown/white rice were healthier than those who ate just brown or just white.
If you've got a good multi and you're taking fish oil, you'll be fine. The only detriment is psychological - eating the same thing every day can get taxing.
Learn to cook, learn to season your food. Once you've locked down a couple decent chicken/broccoli preparations then branch out:

Chicken thigh, tilapia, catfish
>Fatty proteins
Salmon, beef
>Vegetables
Anything related to broccoli - cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage, etc

White rice, brown rice, sweet potatoes
Get on your probiotic game (yogurt/kimchi/kefir/kombucha/supplements/etc) and you'll be riding the gains train.

A mistake I see far too many guys and gals falling into when they are just starting out or even coming back after a long hiatus, is getting onto a routine that is intended for intermediates and often times advanced lifters not a beginner.
Many times these are what are referred to as “brosplits” that train different body parts each day in the gym. Not only are these programs sub-optimal for someone just starting out they can even sometimes be counterproductive, overwhelming muscle groups that aren’t ready for that kind of strain.
