Is there a way to cut and not lose strength? Should I up my protein intake?
I've been gaining strength on my cut man i dunno what you're doing...
I eat about 1.2g prots per lb of bw (might not be necessary, but kinda scared to knock it down and stop seeing improvement), supp with creatine and beta alanine (both essential on a cut to keep yourself up there, especially the former), don't eat too low carb...
Take it from someone who went from a fatty lard disgusting piece of shit to a lean and muscular sexually attractive physique...the 5-10% strength loss is worth the 500-1000% gain in aesthetics/attractiveness. Eventually your body gets use to being in a deficit and you'll end up maintaining your strength very easily.

I usually drink tea 1-2 times a day with no sugar and a bit of milk. I know it's a good alternative for common sugary drinks, but does it provide any alternate health benefits? The only articles/research I've come across are normie-based "Drink this everyday and lose 8 pounds a week!" type stuff.

Hey /fit/ i want to know if you can still make gains on a lowcarb diet. Im going to start off by only eating 15 carbs a day for the first 3 weeks then bump it up to 25-30 depending on how i feel. Stay there for a few months and see what happens. My biggest concern is lossing strenght and not being able to make gainz. Im a noob to low carb diets so enlighten me. Not unless you have a really weak spine. It may get slightly compressed by squats but it will decompress as you sleep.
