Clean bulk. Is there such a thing? U am having trouble eating 3000 calories. I get full at 2200 calories. Eating mostly green vegetables like kale, lettuce, broccoli lean meats like turkey breast, sardines, chicken breast, Olive oil and so on. What are some healthy foods that I can consume to increase my calorie intake? Won't eat dairy, gluten, processed foods, oats.
Also in before GOMAD never gonna make it I am trying a diet for rosacea so I really won't eat those things.

Depends on the situation. I have contacts as an alternative, but if you get the right glasses they can make you look refined.
Looking fit and refined at the same time can really help on like a dinner date or something.

I get that guilty feeling when I'm lifting and need to do other important things.

Eat less, tubby
Planks will help a lot to spot reduce lower tummy fat. You have to do them for 3 hours a day though, but it doesn't have to be all in one sitting
