It's not genetic, it's from an injury sustained during pregnancy. I think it's usually around week 9. It's extremely rare to the point where I've never met someone else with it.

Other muscles just compensate I guess. In regular life I've never felt limited.

Speaking as a biochemist i'm amazed at the amount of shit you cucks buy on the back of supplement company advertising, bro-science, and your "brah's" recommendations. Time for some lifting diet / supplementation myth busting.

This is wrong on many levels. Losing weight is the simplest thing you can do, all you need to do is eat at a calorie deficit. Trust me on this, if you take in less calories than you burn throughout the day you WILL loose weight. Period. Guaranteed. It doesn't matter what you eat, mcdoanlds, kale shakes, ben & jerrys etc.. Take in less than your body uses and the weight will go. Cardio will make your body burn through more calories, but isn't a requirement. To all of you saying that you find sticking to a cardio schedule hard, there's no excuse, eat less, you pathetic waste.

Fuck knows where this comes from but this is complete bull. To gain muscle on a lifting schedule you will need to consume roughly 1.8g/kg -> 2.5 g/kg of body weight per day to ensure you have a small surplus that your muscles can build and repair themselves from. That's it. End of. It doesn't matter how long it takes to digest that protein. Casin and whole food protein takes on average a maximum of 6 - 8 hours to digest, well within the 24 hour window. There's absolutely no need to take a slower digesting protein at night to keep the body going, your metabolism definitely does not just shut down overnight. Fuck knows where this came from. All protein supplements with a complete amino and purity profile are the same, all animal based proteins have a complete amino profile. Plant based proteins can be combined to make a complete amino profile.

While technically true, there is far more that goes into it.

It would be like saying

Become rich doctor = study + go to med school

Again, while technically true, it doesn't address all the shit you have to go through in between. If like were that simple everyone would be rich shredded doctors.
