Anyway, do women like it when men come up and talk to them at the gym? For me, it's off and on. Some days I am completely focused and hardly even recognize the qt's around me but other days that's all I see. And I'm too much of a bitch to go up and talk to them out of fear of getting rejected.

Also you don't need a fucking plan to get good at running. It's not like building muscle. This shit isn't complicated. Just start running, and don't fucking stop until your legs get tired or you get a stitch. Slow down if your lungs can't keep up but don't fucking stop until you get pain in your chest or your leg muscles get exhausted. Then get up and do it again several times a week, forever. At first it will suck, but yes, it gets better.

I am still learning lifts so I don't think it's worth starting a real program for them yet? Or is it? (My coach just makes me work up in 3s until form breakdown).
I can do them but my form is far from perfect or good.

Older /fitizens (age 28+): do you think it's okay to have a lower standard of fitness once you're out of college?
I see a lot of men my age slowly getting this body, and I know that 4 years ago, they were really passionate about lifting and making gains, protein powder and working out. I think it's the norm now to have this type of body, and women seem to be okay with it as well.
I think this body can be maintained with a jog 2x a week, which is a lot easier.

Of course, I know teens and early twenties guys are going to say no. But when you're older, things are different.
If you're married, you have a wife and kids who love you whether you deadlift 1 plate or 5, and if you're single, you'll find that women don't care about 6 packs as much anymore
People start to care more about cardio. Running becomes a very popular hobby
