Why aren't you training a martial art
I live in a primarily white area.
Martial arts without sparring is pointless arm waving crap. Getting repeatedly hit in the head is a recipe for all kinds of brain illnesses and a pretty bad idea in general. I don't see the point.

Just got a severe calf tear, 0 use for two weeks, 0 training for at least 3 more weeks, light rehab.

I had an old calf injury from muay thai and I messed it up bad when I started to run. I can't sprint but did some light therapy too and just go for long distance runs now.

How long did it take you guys to do a pullup? I've been training 4 months and still can't do one. However I can do 4 chinups. I am 6' 170 lbs.
Here is my routine 2x a week
14 chinups in as few sets as possible
2x5 chinup negatives
3x5 inverted rows

A few things I've noticed:
- More people call your sir.
- Not having to wait in line at the bar, grocery store, etc.
- People get out of your way when walking through halls at work.
- Don't have to pay my tab at small clubs.
- Women blush spill spaghetti when talking to you more.

Probably spotting a guy squatting. He was doing weight way more than he could handle so I really had to dig in and lift him up. Then he decided to go for an another rep, at least I got my weighted meat grinds in that day.

Hip thrust.
Feet away from body to target quads.
Feet towards body to target hamstrings
Shin perpindicular to ground pushing through the heel (you can even pick your foot up and leave your heel on the ground) to target glutes.
If you can still do bodyweight plyometrics like atg squat jumps and box jumps and shit, that would be great for developing explosivity/power.
Also if you train calves, don't make the mistake of hitting calves before you hip thrust, or your lift will seriously suffer
Is it a good idea to do some rotator cuff work before bench/OHP? It definitely reduces the clicking in shoulders.
