Too poor and until recently I didn't have a way to get there. BJJ is high up on my priority list though. I hope to find a gym and start within the year. No point in being strong if you can't back it up with skills.
I already did for a couple of years. It was fun when I had the time and although I'm rusty you never forget the basics so it was worth it for that...
I just don't have the time or money right now. I'd love to get back into it and learn BJJ too but between work, lifting and drinking away my sorrows it's too much.

I've heard that youre meant to drink protein powders etc with water after a workout as they get absorbed faster or something. That sounds super brosciency to me, and I really think I'd enjoy this powder a lot more with milk.

Since I've been losing weight I've seen a lot of people post in various weight loss communities about how hard it is to give up soda, how they have withdrawals and would drink 1L+ per day but I literally can't imagine doing that and I've never seen someone in real life drink that much soda.

I know a few people who drink a ton of Pepsi. My mom's best friend switched from regular Pepsi to diet and lost 40 pounds and kept it off without making any other changes. That's how much calories all that sugar added.
