I dead lift on back and leg day, albeit a very light weight.
I squat and deadlift on pull day. Splits get messy if you do it another way. Deadlift uses so much back plus it has a lot of crossover with squats. There really is no 'perfect' way to do it.

I hate tubs of ice cream with 2L of soda by myself at times mate. Wasn't even that fat when I started lifting.
Used to worship Matt Stonie also and literally do eating stunts. 48 inches of Subway in less than 10 minutes, a large Domino's pizza in less than 5, a whole cake in less than 10, etc.
