Hey /fit/. I was looking for a sport to play while I'm cutting and I've narrowed it down to two.... Rugby and football.
I don't want to lose a ton of muscle, so I'm not sure rugby is the best choice. There's a ton of cardio in rugby and it might make me lose more muscle than I want to.
On the other hand, i think football might not have enough cardio. Sure I won't lose muscle, but will I be able to burn enough calories to cut properly?
What do you guys think?

You might run 5kms in a game of rugby, if your gains are so fragile that they are kill from that then you're doing something wrong

So, Majority of my life I've been involved in both fighting & Body building. I love the idealism behind both, although I don't believe in today's approach to bodybuilding I'm more of a "Frank Zane" Idealist if you'd like to call it.
Just recently, I've been bombarded with negative situations which once again had me finding clarity in the ring. Kickboxing was always an on and off thing in my life, my brother being my biggest inspiration for getting involved in all of it. The gym I attend, is absolutely huge and full of juice...

I feel like everybody in the gym looks at me differently now. Not like i ever had intentions to intimidate anybody or prove a point but it just makes me wonder how easy it is to spot a "BIG BOY" coward who walks around my gym. I'm a friendly person, down to earth and love to be sarcastic and open minded. It's just so unfortunate that the society we live in has crafted bodybuilding into the mentality it holds today. "Bigger is better" hahahaha... yeah no.
