How much time does it takes to do the Bruce Lee workout every day?
Bruce Lee liked to split and add to his workout over a period of a day. There's a story of him dropping for crunches during commercial breaks of a television show, for an example.

Hi /fit/. Im 21 years old and ive worked out 3 years now. Got a decent body but want to take it to the "next level" what drugs can be used that give the least side effects in the long run. Ie ED problems, enlarged organs and shutting down my natrual testosterone production.

How much fiber do you eat per day, /fit/? How much is too much? I've eaten over 81g today, sometimes I eat more
My dinner alone has 45g. My lunch had a lot of lentils and my breakfast had a lot of oats. I had an apple and about 400 calories of nuts too

Depends whats your starting weight. If youre skeleton king or fat as fuck its easier people to notice your minimal weight gain/loss compared to naturally big guy who starts lifting.
I was (still am) skeleton king and usually end of my bulk people would starting to notice my gains. Past 180 lbs and on.

I'm trying to lose weight and yesterday I had dounuts and an excessive amount of carbs - vastly exceeding my TDEE.
Keep going and either your fuck up will motivate you more, or you're not dedicated enough. Or you could also eat like an extra 100-200 calories less per day until you make up for the excess calories you took in.
