but anon everyone on here agrees that genetics influence weight. the thing is it only influences weight by maybe 200-300kcal at most so it is pretty irrelevant. Sure if you eat the same one guy might end up slightly heavier than the other one but the difference will not be huge and that certainly doesnt explain morbidly obese people. In the end if you are genetically fucked you just have to eat those 200-300kcal less than the other guy and that is not too hard.
