I'm skinny (58 kg) with 12-14% bf and I am 1.73 m tall, basically manlet tier but not where I live, where is considered slightly above average
also due to my family weird genotype there are chances I could grew up till 1.77 m and I've been rated as 6-/10 by average of people
I'm lifting and improving my lifestyle (I used to sleep from 0 to 5 hours at day) so I could be at least 7-8/10 (I've been genetically blessed with wide shoulders, but I never trained them so it's hard to notice)

Let's talk about OHP, /fit/.
How deep do you go? On my warmups I touch my clavicle but for my working sets I just wait till the bar is completely under my chin then press it up.
Is there anything wrong with doing seated instead of standing? I'd rather not hog a power rack to OHP and seated is just how I've always done it.
I'm working on 5x5 at 125 lbs right now.

I have been overweight most of my life, never really looked it, recently got depression, never left house, gained weight and now I have major stretch marks everywhere, arms, thighs, stomach, boobs, butt, ugh.

So is there really any point to lifting? My friends all try to convince me to join up, but if I already have a good-looking gf and not really looking to fuck anymore, is there much point in picking up a dumbbell and moving it in a variety of different ways?
In sum, lifting just seems really pointless, and all this nonsense about self-betterment is pussy crap that belongs in a philosophy class.
