I've been lifting for close to 4 years, and over the last year I've seen the first major improvement in my physique, and have also started looking a bit more mature (I'm 19).
Lately when I've been going out I noticed grills have started paying attention to me, but almost only when drunk. Being clingy, sitting down beside me trying to talk, that sort of thing, but it all seems to be gone while they're sober. Does anyone else's butt bleed? When I wipe my butt there is blood always, even when I use expensive soft toilet paper. My butthole always bleed.

Anything army-related is going to be mainly endurance-related. If I were in your situation (which I was a couple of years back) I would select a few exercises and either train them to exhaustion or grease the groove on them.
The best combo for basic training is going to be
Pushups
Situps/crunches, without neglecting obliques and remembering to train your lower back with planks. Your core is going to be FUNDAMENTAL for rucks and marches.
Pullups
Running. Running. Running. go for 2-3 miles, 3 times a week, starting slow and increasing...
