Stay fit. You can easily keep making gains at 30.
But also realize that a fit body and lean face is only part of your appearance. Make sure you're well groomed, wear fitting clothes and have a hair cut that suits you.
You can also work on your posture, and maybe even your smile.

It's an isometric lift. You either train for it, or you simply won't be able to do it for that long. Even most people doing pull-ups don't stay on the bar for that long, so the amount of people who can pull it off is pretty low.
I really recommend bar hangs as a lift. Choking out the last pull-ups as your grip begins to fail is a good way to hurt yourself.

its a legit way of reserving your eating to a specific time period set by you. Thus, could potentially remove temptations, and on smaller deficit cuts could help make it more bearable since you'll pretty much be having one big meal instead of three smaller meals.
