I've been training and now I'd say I'm with in a stones throw of my goal body. Basically just a cut to show my abs more any thats it.

If I ever weighed 310, I wouldn't even bother getting in shape knowing full well I've done permanent damage and my skin would never snap back into place. I'd just take pleasure in knowing the tradeoff is a bunch of amazing food.

Was anyone else kind of shocked at how much food 2,000 calories actually amounts to?
I just had a bowl of oatmeal, and a huge fuckin' burrito. I used oil to fry the egg, put cheese in the burrito, and put sugar in the oatmeal, so it's not like I was depriving myself of any of the indulgences normally found in the common person's diet.
I thought I'd be constantly hungry, but 2,000 calories broken into 3 meals is actually a hell of a lot of food if you're not going full retard and eating something like say, a tiny Lil Debbie "donut stick"...

I could imagine. I don't know how "clean" bulkers do it.
It is incredibly easy to blow through those 2k calories if you eat garbage/don't cook. Look at the labels on candy, chips, frozen pizzas, etc.
But yeah, my first bulk was the stuff of nightmare. I started it thinking I could bulk cleanly on eggs, rice, chili/beans, chicken and that was absolutely insane. That shit is so filling, you feel permanently full on a ~2000 calories diet, you just feel like you're stuffing your face 24/7. At some point I had to start eating extra with mcdoubles and shit.
Not including /r9k/ and /pol/, why is /fit/ the most viciously anti-woman board? You don't see this level of hatred towards women on any other board.

I'm currently only deadlifting once every few weeks . The question is if I'm squatting twice a week alongside rdls , farmer walks and hyperextensions will my deadlift be steadily improving or should I increase how often I'm deadlifting . I play rugby so deadlifting and squatting is very taxing and I'd rather not deadlift all the time.

Hello, I've been working out for a short while now. Just two weeks ago I could do 45 pushups, and I read somewhere that once you could do 30 push ups you should move on to diamond push ups, and I can now do 20 of them but I tried normal push ups after a 3 sets of diamonds (Well rested) and I could only do 16 normal push ups? Is this normal? Also, I find that normal push ups help develop my chest more than diamond push ups. Though the diamond ones definitely work my triceps more.
So what does fit do for money?
