I'm actually about the same body type as you. Started out at 193 and as of today, I've cut down to 168. There've been pitfalls and plateaus, sure, but that just means you need to buckle down harder, work little longer, and literally run the extra mile. Keep it up man, you'll make us proud.

About 6'2" - 6'3" as well (191cm). Didn't start weights yet, I did cardio err'day as well as a routine consisiting of pushups, situps and squats without weights... when you're really heavy in the beginning you can do a lot with just your body weight.
