they look like smith machines, they'll be fine for squats although not ideal. I would use a bench for bench press if you can though and not that, so you don't screw up your wrists twisting the bar to free it.

Relatively similar issue. I usually drank three to four nights a week and a friend said I couldn't just stop. To prove him wrong, I did. Been sober over two weeks now, but my depression has gotten super bad, sleep has become shit, and I am a lot more cynical. Saw a doc who said the effects of withdrawal from alcohol should have worn off after three days so now I have to go see a psychiatrist. Yay.

Its probably from your sheets getting wet. If i leave my wet clithes layin around without washing them, then wash them later, they will smell weird if i sweat in them afterwards.

But sweat doesn't smell bad inherently.
Bacteria live all over your body (and different types in different places).
The reason sweat makes you smell bad is the bacteria start eating the salt, water, glycoproteins/lipoproteins and whatnot in your sweat, they reproduce and they release gross stuff that smells bad (like butyric acid, acetic acid, sort of guessing here).
Sweat really doesn't inherently smell bad.
But like I said, different bacteria live on different parts of your body in different quantities.
So sweaty feel smell different...

Muscle confusion IS a real thing, which is why you see so many "I was doing such-and-such program, then switched to some other program and saw great results" type posts. Otherwise, there would end up being ONE program that was objectively the best program in existence, and everybody would just do that one program.

A couple of women recently told me getting to know me really changed their initial impression, it being of a bodybuilding douchebag.

A friend of mine has fluid conversations with everyone. He's happy everywhere he goes, chilld and confident. As a result he gets 2-3 FWB at a time and switches every month.
