Hello /fit/, this is my current progress, and I'm happy about how more defined my legs and abs are now and als the amount of weight I shed, but somethings bothering me.
You guys know any tips on how to lose arm size? During the mini transformation my arms barely loss any size and its been bothering me a bit.

Try doing more arm related excersises to make them more defined.

but truthfully good work and to let you know the pain you are feeling's is normal and may last a day or two due to DOMS but it will subside and at your stage you will notice results pretty quickly also proper sleep and nutrition is equally important.finally it may seem like a meme at this point but read the sticky and research shit your self as while your uncle's workout may be sufficient I would highly recommend supplementing it with outside knowledge from the right sources that is

You almost definitely won't want to go to the gym the next day because you'll be feeling very weird and perceiving all your thoughts as amazing - but you will be fine the day after the day after you take it

The fuck do I know about discipline? I'm sure I wouldn't be in this situation if I did know something.
My idea of discipline is getting good at CS:GO, or marathoning the first half of Clannad to get to the good part, and I can barely keep that up. I'm disciplined right now with my day to day life, but part of discipline is not giving up when it's too bothersome and for me I feel like that's a real risk.
