My morning routine is pretty straightforward:

Going okay. 6'2.5, got up to 209 bulking. Pissed away all the glycogen waterweight and was around 200 in week one, weighed myself as low as 195 around week 3, althoug hafter Easter brunch cheat day I was around 198. Swimming is a good exercise for people of that size. It's easy on the joints. I do think they if they are that size, though, that they should have a swimsuit that covers them adequately because nobody wants to see a woman that size in a bikini.

so i started taking whey protein last year and since then iv been losing hair to the point that my friends started to notice. iv always thought that oh well its my genetics . until today when i was reading that actual researches showed that whey isolate can cause hair loss and baldness.so its not only creatine who does this its THE FUCKING WHEY ISOLATE TOO. im stopping it even though it will effect my lifts but im not going to get costanzaed . its a tough choice

Hey /fit/. I need your advice. I've been dieting and exercising for the past week after learning some pretty bad news from my doctor. He told me that my size is destroying my heart. I've been doing mostly biking and walking for cardio. I'm looking for more to do really, I figured you guys would be of help.
