What is the fastest way to get fat?
Not fit...fat.
Obviously minimizing activity is a plus, but what food would I have to stuff in my face to put on a layer of fat most quickly? What is the most calorie rich, yet last filling food there is? Don't ask why.

So they're about to open one of these like 8 minutes from my house. They have a ton of promotional signs about how it's a "judgement free zone". I've been lifting for less than a year and i'm in better shape than all the staff i've seen helping them set the place up, they're all like pudgy women in their mid 20s and older asian guys. Can you guys share experiences with these places? It says it's only 10 bucks so i really have no idea what to think.
