Yes. Wh would it even do anything? Look up how your chewing muscles work - if anything, you'd get a broader jaw, not a more chiseled one.
Pretty much the only way to make your jaw more chiseled is to lose weight. If there's no fat covering it up or hanging off the bottom of your neck right now, it's never going to get any better.

I know these feels. My sister only wanted to stay for 30 minutes, and would start annoying me immediately after she was done, but won't go to the gym on her own. Basically she was using my regularity at the gym to keep her routine going, because she won't do anything otherwise.
Eventually just told her to pack her bike in the car and ride back when she's done. Worked out well.

Medical student here - most likely for your safety you should just tell them the truth. I don't think being on steroids is one of those things they are required to report, like certain drugs, abuse or gun/knife wounds - and therefore they probably won't give a shit.
Some of the drug interactions out there would blow your mind. When in doubt, give thorough and truthful information.
