i have blonde arm hair, but my pits and pubes are straight up black. shaving gives me ingrown hairs, irritation, and it's not even 24 hours until i have touchable stubble again. i've tried shaving cream, exfoliating, changing razor heads more often, everything. so now i'm thinking laser shit's the way to go.

Yes, I got pubes removed.
I went there 10 times over last year, hair got thinner and thinner till it went away.
Now they're pretty much perfect.
I feel like I need a massive change in my life. My life has been nothing but misery and bad events for years. I have very bad anxiety and depression, and I'm very confused and unsure of my future.
I'm really young (18) just finished school, want to go to university in another country but I don't have be money or scholarships. you cant always get what you want, but you can get what you need. by which i mean you want to go to college overseas to get that great chang,e but it might nbot be an option.
you need to choose what is going to set you up for more happiness later, and balance that out with not being miserable now. make strides towards what makes you happy, even if it means giving up on certain things.

You're right, but goddamn do I hate that situation.
I want to go to uni abroad because I am miserable in this country, and I actually have a good chance of getting in if I apply again this year. But it might take years, and I feel dangerously close to suicidal thoughts. I need a change now, maybe not as drastic as changing counties yet, but I need to do something.

How can I be less of a bitter person?
I never let go of things where I feel I've been wronged or dicked in some way, even years later. I'm worried its consuming me. For example, I fell out with my peice of shit dad a while back and have found myself thinking about the situation pretty much daily. I would like to be able to forget about that situation and other situations in the past where I have been wronged.

Hey guys, I recently got a Gainward GTX 570 Phantom Edition given to me from a friend as an upgrade to my severely outdated GTX 260. However I'm having trouble getting it to work in my system.
The problem I'm having is when I try to boot my system it freezes at the "Starting Windows" screen, I haven't been able to get past this screen even when booting from an installation USB to reinstall windows, it freezes at this same screen.
My first thought was that my power supply wasn't good enough for the card and it wasn't able to...

When Windows boots it does a system check to see what components you have. If the screen goes black you are having motherboard|graphic driver issues. See if you can boot using igpu if you have it and try installing the drivers first before installing your card

I've never heard of anyone getting tried in any kind of international court that wasn't guilty as sin of many direct, personally committed war crimes.
If you're afraid of getting some kind of sanction or reprimand by your own military court that's more possible, though.
