So I've known this girl about 15 days..... I seen her a few times, hugged kissed..... but I'm then all of a sudden accused of moving too fast when she didn't exactly stop herself either.

You're missing the point. Even after I said I'm more than willing to slow it down completely, and even if it took two years, for example, she is always too busy to hang out more and is so busy with her life at times that she can't even communicate often enough for anything to move forward at all.
I've dated before. Usually, if someone is interested in you enough, they'll keep hanging out and hanging out and talking and talking and at least make it obvious---even if it's over a course of a year. They won't keep verbally calling you a friend as if I don't know what I'm doing.

Fursuits are hella expensive, OP. You could always buy a character design from someone (seriously. Adoptables are very popular, and have a huge range of prices) Or, you could just make/buy a suit of a generic animal/creature like a gryphon, a specific bird, etc. You don't need a specific character or even a suit to attend a furcon.

This whole situation is probably going to sound weird, but it’s still true. I’m a 31-year-old virgin and my girlfriend is a 30 year-old virgin. You can keep your hands clasped together on your lap.
But I recommend holding a pen and paper to make notes- which leads to the most important thing that I see people miss in interviews.
Be prepared with questions about the position and the company. Ask about their training. It shows that you have initiative to have a proactive approach to learing and interest in the organization.
Be well rested and show up 10 min early un clean clothes- wear business attire if required for the position. If it's warehouse or construction then jeans and a golf shirt are great.
Let the interviewer know if you need a minute to think of an answer to something - don't let yourself get flustered.

As a fellow shy and ugly but skinny guy, i don't understand this. I'm on the hard road to gaining decent muscle despite low testosterone, and some guys can't even put in the effort to stop eating so much? IMHO laziness is one of the worst flaws, worse than ugliness and anxiety. It's a killer.
Gotta get him to work out and eat well if you can. Share motivational shit, check /fit/. Encourage him to come run with you in the morning or whatever you do. Inviting people to /fit/ stuff like hiking can really show them how far behind they are and how much work they have to do to keep up with you.
And if you can, explain to him very clearly that most girls won't date a fat guy. That the standards for guys are different: there's no fucking "fat acceptance", no "curvy", no "full-figured", just "fat-ass."
