I have separation anxiety with my LDR boyfriend. I've determined that I'm just afriad to be alone, hence the big bouts of sadness and depression when I'm alone.

Forgot to add: I was diagnosed with depression a couple years back, but it was a "no shit" thing. I knew I had it since I was in the single digit age range. I'm 24 now. That's at least 15 years of being depressed and it just keeps getting worse as time goes on. I've been on sertraline twice before and it didn't help it didn't hinder.

What is the timeline for long distance relationship to no longer be long distance? Do you two have concrete plans to move in together or close the gap, or are they vague? You need to be honest about that detail.

Idk but I've had the extreme of depression and I've had blisters, paper cuts and bad headaches. I think I'd rather suffer severe, heart wrenching depression for life than feel the physical pain of a paper cut at max. intensity for the rest of my life. I feel like people are actually kind of proud of their depression like Van Gogh, he used it to make art. But when you have a foot full of burning blisters, you can't think of anything else.
