Hey niggas, I want some advice from some fit ass mothafuckas about losing specifically body fat. I'm in the latter part of my optimal bmi range and I specifically have a lot of flab on my stomach wheras my chest is at the point where i can see my ribs. I've been running on a machine twice a day for a good few months and I'm afraid that the rest of me might become too skinny while I still have too much excess fat on my belly that I can't get rid of. What are some different approaches and more efficient workouts to get the job done?

I have been trying to find out for a few hours already but to no avail. This just happened today but out of nowhere it feels as if something is swollen on my bottom right jaw. I have rubbed both sides and they feel different with the side in question feeling like a ball.I' felt great this morning but while I was at work it just all of a sudden starting hurting and the skin on the top part of it started getting itchy.
