Whether or not that's a suspending offense probably varies from district to district, but one way or another you're in trouble. That stuff has been punishable for decades.

I'm worried my girlfriend's son has an incredibly toxic father, and I'm not sure what to do. Explanation below.
I've been with this girl for almost a year now. She has a 3-yo boy and I get along great with both of them. The father (who I've been told is a bit of a white-trash type, in the way he acts and the family he comes from) is supposed to take him on weekends, but in the past usually didn't live up to his commitments. When he did, the child would always be given back to his mom in a rotten mood, tantruming about the smallest things and grumpy for at least an entire day.
The child traditionally is very mild mannered. He isn't where he maybe should be with his speech (he has a vocabulary but rarely completes sentences over 4 words) but can count up to 20 and seems smart enough to me.
Recently, his father has started taking the child more. It was around this time that the child has started becoming incredibly difficult. Myself and his mother are stern with him, but he will now scream bloody murder in pitches I didn't think were possible for humans, EVERY SINGLE TIME he doesn't get his way. With anything.
We don't give in. But I'm worried that this new development is due to being around his father more. I feel sad about this. I'm not the kid's parent, so I understand the idea that maybe I should stay out of it, or that maybe there's nothing I can do. Nonetheless, I want the kid to grow up happy and mature. I don't think the father is directly abusive, but from the stories I've heard from her family and friends and herself, he gives in to whatever the kid wants, and that he's a pouty, narcissistic simpleton, who almost lives in his own filth. What can I/she do?
tl;dr, I love my girlfriend's son, but I believe the father is a very bad influence, and it upsets me.
Why is a guy who is dating a girl suddenly have the right to talk and act like a father? You knew this kid for a short while, back the fuck off stop injecting yourself in his life like that.

my wife and i have been together 5 years. we met in our late 20s. we had two boys kinda fast and since boy #2 (1.5 year ago) sex has just been ... different. not complaining too much cause unlike some fellows out there i still get it, but i just don't feel any spark from her anymore. she'll "take care of me" or "lemme do stuff" to her, but i just haven't felt any passion from her for like a year and a half. i thought it was normal and decided to wait it out at first, but it has slowly been eating at me, to the point where i've been starting to feel insecure and worried in the last couple months, which is very unlike me.

My kids aren't as close as yours, but I have a 2.5 year old and a 3 month baby.
We haven't had sex since the baby was born. She tells me she has no sexual desire at all and flinches away from me when I try and kiss her because she doesn't want to lead me on. The few times we do kiss I get so turned on I start touching her more and she pulls away.

it wasnt as bad for me, but 3 months is still relatively short. i can relate to the "no expectations" thing though. i massage my wife a lot and have been regularly blamed for "trying stuff" after a massage "like it was owed to me". i get that men get horny a lot and how it could be exhausting for a woman still recovering from pregnancy, but the feeling of rejection starts stinging pretty hard whether you acknowledge it or not after a while. ive tried "not trying" for a while, to no avail on my end so far sadly ... better luck to you ~

the concept of school in general is fucking gay nowadays. or at least here in the us its a fucking joke. thers some statistic showing 70% of chinese students cheating in college but still graduating. school is literally bullshit.

Because anyone can sit down and memorise a textbook, and then regurgitate it. Participation shows that you've a) absorbed and understand what you've learnt and b) you're willing to go above and beyond the bare minimum. I'm sure you were told that you would get extra marks for attending these things right from the start, don't complain when you don't get those marks and don't pass with a grade you're happy with.

well, it all depends how long they were distant. If a month or more there's probably not much you can do. You can always try to reach out though. If it's a week or few days you can either hit them up and ask what's wrong and why they act that way or just give it some time and wait for them to message you first. I've been in your position more than once bruh, always tried to message first and understand what's going on. From my experience it's either because they have some issues with work or school or family life or something else. I had once a girl who gave me extreme cold shoulder, turned out she was into me. My bruh once cut contact because he got into deep shit (drugs ect) so it all depneds on who you are who they are and whats your relationship like

So what do? I don't wanna be a complete dick and just go completely ghost on her. Our second date's tonight. My plan is to make sure the topic of exclusivity comes up, and to make a point that I'm still dating around and make a point to say "I don't plan on getting married."
On the other hand, maybe all this unsureness just needs more time to figure out. Some of my best friends currently are people I wasn't so sure about when I first met them. I just don't want to rope someone in and play with their emotions, nor get roped into something myself.
And oh yeah, she also said via text, the night after the first date, that I oughta come over the next day (she has roommates, one of them was apparently bummed). Wasn't sure if she was joking or not.
