How can I reject a friend who obviously has feelings for me without damaging our friendship ? He hasn't said anything explicitly, just dropped some weird innuendos, but common friends have been telling me how much he likes me and it's starting to get slightly uncomfortable. I want things to be like before.

Not possible. Even if he's ok with being 'just friends' after this comes out, things will always be weird and awkward.
Just be straight with him and be ready to accept that he might not want to be around anymore. Let him know you'd like him to stay but it's okay if he wants to leave. But be clear that romance is not happening and try to avoid innuendo or flirtatious behavior towards him, because it will be taken the wrong way.

paychecks are generally cashed by depositing the check at your bank / bank-ATM. other businesses offer to wire it directly in to your account for you. i prefer a check.
as for getting a job, your first job is whatever job you can get. literally, whatever job you can get. you dont have the luxury of 'no interaction' or 'whatever will pay more'.
and as is, there are virtually no jobs that dont require some form of interaction, much less entry level. you will get over your fear...

Canadafag here. Are winter-tires worth it? First winter since I've had to start commuting by car regularly. I drive a Mitsubishi Outlander, and getting the tires is pretty expensive. My parents have never bothered, except my dad's driving skill's are god-tier unlike mine which are meh. I don't have an opportunity to test em either.

if you want it gone cuz it will make you happy then cut it off. you can of course always save the money, cancel the surgery and just get the surgery if anything ever happens but i don t think its a great idea to change your life so much based on a guy.

Ever since i can remember me and my older brother have never been able o be compatible or coexist in the same room. Since we were kids he would always make fun of my for being sheltered by my mom, and i think it was because he was jealous. He would constantly annoy me as a child and bully me. He would be passive- aggressive and physical hitting me by doing the simplest things that got him angry.
We are now grown im, im 19 and my older brother is 23. But he still hasnt changed, hes still aggressive with me and a lot more passive aggressive he just knows how to hide it...
