What the fuck happened here? Why did they even bother to cast her? She has like a handful of lines, she's barely in any scene except as some sort of taskmaster. I have a feeling she had a lot of footage shot but got fucked in editing by somebody. She's basically a nonentity in this movie, and now she's dead. If they bring her back it will be some real deus ex bullshit.

I loved the creature and costume designs they did for the movie, that was one of the parts of the movies I REALLY loved. But goddamn whenever they showed a CGI character it looked so noticeably out of place.

I'm watching this season and holy shit, what happened to this show? I forgot that there was ever a time when the episodes weren't 90% about challenges and tribal council and they actually took the time to show the contestants' daily lives.

The first few seasons are such a weird contrast to what the show is today. Only similar show I can think of is the Real World.

That's the problem with returnee seasons, they're all used to it so nothing as interesting happens. Also the conditions were apparently more miserable than expected so at some point they had to jump in and build them a shelter.

Just finished Mad Max Fury Road. Was pretty good, but not as good as everyone made out though. 7.5/10.
