How do I prevent knee, back and shoulder injuries?
Do I just have practice good form, stretching and massage/foam rolling?
Is there any good stretching programs avaliable?
I'm tall, lanky and inflexible as fuck. Please help.

Shit. Trying to progress but hurt my back last Friday so my OHP dropped from 155 1RM to 145 garbage tier. Deadlift didn't budge either from 430. To top it, My hopes of reaching 10% bodyfat from 12% on my recomp by June 1st are slowly dying by the day.

stalling on bp and deadlifts for the past month or so... shits starting to demotivate me (1rm for deadlift is 5pl8, 295 for bp)

actually insanely good. on c6w and today was lower body. called squats for 310 for MR10 and then 5x3 of 300. did 335 3x8 for deadlifts then some rdls, calves and more quads.
Am I at a strip club or a gym?
I seriously can't even concentrate with all these half naked women walking around my gym.
I know I'm the 1,000,000th guy to complain about this, but shit is absolutely unreal these days.

Get a home gym or find a less distracting gym.
So I've seen the photos of nearly-nude women at the gym, but I've never seen such a problem in my gym. You might consider a different gym? Or maybe you could get back at them by also going nude.
