Remember the whole Protein World thing last year? Protein company ran an ad with an attractive woman in a bikini, fat feminists got pissy about it and wanted the ad censored. Pic-related, based PW kept hitting back.

Some women have genetically predisposed hip structure. My gf lifts all the time with me but she has a more cardio bunny type body. Always just been petite. Some things just are genetic.

Four months progress, clean bulking. Lifts are solid but I'd really like to see more definition. I think I'll bulk for another month then cut.
Do I have decent genetics? I've got the height, not sure if I have the frame. Face is not salvageable, unless chicks dig big noses.... :(

back off 80% 2x3
60% 2x10
Push Press, same thing as HBBS
Trap Bar Deadlift up to 5 rep max (trap bar to avoid killing my lumbar)
Day 2
Front Squat to max, 80% 2x3 60% 2x10
Close Grip Bench to max, etc
Power Clean to max triple
Adding in accessory work/isolation when I'm feeling fresh enough/have time to do so...
Any input? All I care about is strength and athleticism.

I am 35 yr old male. i weigh about 460 at 6'2" tall. i've always been big even at 5 years old. i'm naturally strong due to carrying all this weight around. so i am not looking to be body building like most of the folks on fit. i'm looking to drop the fat once and for all.
considering this vegan diet for health. not the hippie, save the planet bullshit.

when they say "plant based" is that all inclusive? surely they don't mean granulated sugar counts, do they? corn? potatoes? rice? other high starch plants?
btw i never was one to add sugar or salt to anything. pissise me off that some folks can eat 3 bowl of frosted flakes with chocolate whole milk and then add sugar on top, yet never gain an ounce.

But anyway, sugar often has bone char used in the process. I think most vegans use coconut sugar. Nothing is wrong with any of that food listed as long as you eat it in moderation.
