I go swimming four times a week, can't really go to the gym
My main ambition is losing some fat around my belly and getting flat. I don't need to look like a bodybuilder, I just want to look good in shirts/tight shirts.

I'm conducting an experiment to prove that there is no excuse to be fat.
I want to prove to fatties that if they just eat less than their TDEE in calories, they will lose weight.
I could try explain thermodynamics to the fat fucks, but they wouldn't understand.
Instead, I want to eat nothing but 1 large Domino's pizza per day and diet soda.
The total calories in 1 medium pepperoni Dominoes pizza is around 1720 calories.
Obviously eating one medium pepperoni pizza from dominoes per day has shit macros and isn't healthy...

I dunno, I get lots of fiber from oats and vegetables and think it's actually making it worse. Protein seems to make it worse, especially dairy, but I can't afford to bulk on anything besides milk.

Bloating?
A majority of people are sedentary, that's the only way salt is bad. If you're even slightly active the 2.4g recommendation is thrown out the window. You can't get to much. Whatever isn't used is either sweated or pissed out. Salt hate is up there with le saturated fats and cholesterol from eggs meme. A couple flawed studies and a Dr oz special then suddenly everyone fancies themself a dietitian, despite looking like shit.

salt helps you retain water which helps you not have to pee every 10 minutes and allows you to drink much more water and stay hydrated
