So my gf started going to the gym with me. Right now she is doing some bullshit high rep (2x15) program from one of the (old) trainers, but I know there is something better out there for girls.

What is the best program, SetsXReps scheme, and nutrition for the following goals:
- Ass
- ASS
- Legs
- Back. I should expand, she complains about back pain relatively often. I think it is mostly because she is completely untrained, and sometimes does "heavy" shit at her part-time work. Anything that will give her a more stable and stronger back would be great.

I would also appreciate any general advice regarding instilling in her discipline, and help with nutrition, etc.

She is skinny at 49kgs, and about 155cms? She already has a pretty good ass, so I think there is more potential there

Hi fit. I used to live in the dorm with trigglypuff, and it was the least fun experience of my life.

A week after we moved in a bunch of us noticed a bad smell. September is usually pretty hot and there was no AC, and the stink became unbearable soon. We initially thought it was a dead animal trapped somewhere between the walls. Building maintenance and the administration had a look, but couldn’t find any dead animals rotting corpses.

Eventually they did discover that the smell was coming from trigglypuff's room. Her mattress, drenched in shit, piss, and menstrual blood hat to be removed. Trigglypuff used a bedpan like they use in hospital because she was too lazy to go to the toilet, but her shit and piss overflowed because of her size and drenched the mattress and her body.

This bedpan she emptied into the disabled bathroom. One day, another girl went in and discovered shit and menstrual blood smeared all over the walls and the toilet seat. It looked like trigglypuff’s asshole exploded and spewed shit all over. No one ever saw her have a shower.

Housing and administration, sick of the unhygienic literal shitstorm trigglypuff unleashed on the dorm, tried to have her removed from campus but her asshole rich parents said they were going to sue. They said she has a medical cundishun (insanity? her parents not house training her?).

She says she likes sex, but she never went on any type of date. Perhaps her idea of good sex is smearing shit and period blood on the walls. She had no friends at all.

I have the same problem, I realized the only way I could gain weight was literally just spending my whole day just eating, nothing else. Of course when you have school and work something like that is impossible.

Hey /fit/! I have a question for you guys and gals.

I work at a restaurant 3-4 days a week as a busser. Needless to say I run around a lot, lift things, carry heavy loads up and down stairs. Additionally, I work out a few times a week (weights and running). My fitbit charge hr says I'm burning between 3200 to 4000 calories a day. I know that fitbits aren't 100% accurate but I'm pretty sure based on my level of activity, my daily calorie burn is pretty high.

This past week or two, I've also been monitoring my intake via the myfitnesspal app and I seem to be consuming between 2000 to 2300 calories a day. My scale says that I've lost about 2 lbs but by my calculations, I'm estimating it should be more... a lot more!

My question basically is: is my body gonna go into starvation mode and start consuming muscle tissue? Is the calorie deficit too big?

I'm 5'7 and currently 170lbs/~16% bf hoping to drop to about 160 lbs in the next 4-5 weeks. Is that realistic? Can I sustain this deficit for a short period?

I'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences.

Pic is me from March before my schedule fucked up my exercise routine and eating habits. I'm 160 in the pic, maybe 12-13% bf.

tl;dr: is my 1000-2000 daily caloric deficit sustainable in the short run for fat loss?

i don't think its right since it will be the rough equivalent of running 20km per day.

since its a motion sensor intended on calculating linear movements, its likely skewered by moving up and down constantly.

tips on dropping the last bit of weight /fit/?

from around July of last year until March I dropped 65 pounds (235-170) and I've totally stopped since then. I also began lifting in March and have made decent strength gains through 2 months. I had some muscle when I started since I did lift on and off through the years but nothing this consistent.

I have been putting on muscle from what I can tell so there has been some fat loss but there is no way I'm adding the same amount of muscle as fat lost on SL

I'm eating at a 300-400 calorie deficit everyday that's decently high in protein and only have carbs at dinner before gym. Is adding cardio the only way to drop these last 15 pounds of fat? Just looking for tips from people who have had the same predicament.

One of these is not true. If you aren't losing weight, either decrease your calorie intake, or increase your activity levels.

I definitely dropped the weight but to be perfectly honest I would usually skip breakfast, go to classes all day, and get home and eat a regular sized dinner (maybe 500 cals) a day.

So that might have fucked up my metabolism bad if that's a possibility.

i have a serious craving problem. there is a time during the day when the need for sweets gets crazy high and when i dont get it i feel shitty - its gone when i give in.

its an endless cycle. anybody here who got this under control? i eat usually very healthy and not on a huge caloric deficit. iam even full when the cravings kick in.
