Is it possible to drink every night AND be fit?
I went from 280 to 230 with nightly vodka. Lifts went up too.

Just how bad-tasting is unflavored whey protein powder? Who here uses it?
I've recently developed really bad hives all over my body, and they're not going away. I suspect it's something I'm ingesting (I have history - ibuprofen undoubtedly gives me mouth ulcers) so I have to eliminate everything suspect/'unnatural' for a while. Hopefully it will clear up, then I'll reintroduce things back in one at a time to identify the exact cause. This unfortunately includes my protein powder, as it's sweetened with sucralose.

Sounds like you lack basic social skills and rely on your gains to carry you to pussy. It's not hard to be polite and make others feel comfortable. You most likely give off a douchey/creepy vibe, thus making you harder to converse with.
Protip: People love to talk about themselves, especially grills. Keep the subject on them or pay them compliments, works every time. Doesn't mean you have to be a super niceguy. If you're feeling bold you can break their balls, but say it with a smile and keep the mood light. Having a bud to there to keep the banter rolling is helpful if you struggle going solo.
