A guy in my university class looks like that. Same size and everything. He eats ALOT. But, he is into long distance skiing. And does ALOT of cardio. At the gym or out running about every day in the week.

Ok guys I don’t quite get it. There’s nothing on it in the wiki really and I also couldn’t find a thread so here goes.
I started out about a year ago and was really thin/weak, 55 kg at 1.85 m. Now I gained 10 kg of weight by eating a lot and doing exercising about 4-5 times a week. (3 strength for about an hour each, 1-2 cardio for half an hour to an hour)
I clearly gained some muscle, but I also gained a lot of belly fat. I’m definitely more content with my body now than I was a year ago, but I would rather not continue gaining weight in this distribution,...

transform your fat into muscle by lifting more, and reduce cardio to a minimum, clearly if you eat and lift weights you will get more muscle and not gain anymore fat

What's there to discuss?
Breakfast: usually nothing, otherwise 3 eggs and plain toast
Snack: apple and veggies, coffee
Lunch: Quinoa with chicken breast or sandwiches (no mayo or cheese)
Salad with light Wafu dressing or homemade dijon vinaigrette
Pre workout: whey protein and water
Dinner: varies every day, usually under 500cal
in a day im always around 2000cals, sometimes around 2300
breakfast:
veggies, rice, eggs
post workout:
potatoes, fish/chicken/beef, lentils, veggies
then I just snack on nuts and veggies for the rest of the day
2800-3300kcal per day (more on days where I workout because of appetite)
So my neurologist says that my wrists are so thin that even a moderate amount of inflammation (I play alot of video games because ugly khv, broke af, etc) would be enough to cause pain because there's just not enough volume to compensate.
He suggested I get fat, half-jokingly. (I'm 5'7'' 145lbs btw)
Would this work, though? If I gained some weight and started lifting weights again could I potentially add some inches in my forearm region so that there's more room for my shit to run through without running into one another causing nerve...
